T Town Boxing and Fitness

T-Town Boxing and Fitness will help in the development, both mentally and physically through sport and activity by providing activities for all. We offer programs for all age groups with qualified and professional coaching to encourage interaction at different levels to help with confidence, team building, leadership and adaption skills. Increased participation to improve health is at the heart of what we are trying to achieve, in order to achieve this we will offer affordable programs and activities to cater to the entire community. We are welcoming to all ages, abilities and backgrounds and provide an atmosphere of positive encouragement to all of those who are wanting to participate in our programs.
