Mel Roy

Mel joined the “Brink Team” in May 2017, as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Already having experience with helping clients in the financial industry, working with Ryan Brink at IG Wealth Management, seemed like a great fit.
In March of 2018, Mel obtained her Mutual Funds License and became a licensed Associate Consultant. This allowed Mel to be able to help clients in more depth with processing requests and providing financial advice. In July 2019, she furthered her education and became insurance licensed, to help clients with their protection needs.
Mel enjoys building relationships with clients, while helping them with their short-term needs, and setting them up for success with financial planning.
In Oct 2021, Mel and her husband, along with their two daughters, relocated to 100 Mile House, BC. With another IG Consultant looking to retire, taking over the office as a Consultant, was the next big step in helping the team expand. The Roy’s have been enjoying building new friendships, getting to know the community more and spending time at their cabin on Canim Lake.
