Ramp Creek Community & Sales

Ramp Creek Community had its Grand Opening in 1995 with 50 initial lots developed for manufactured homes. Today we have 303 approved lots in Ramp Creek with 98% of them occupied with homes. Over the years, Ramp Creek has added a playground with a full basketball court, a ball field, extra visitor parking, and a Community Center for Residents to use for parties and gatherings. Throughout the year, our Community offers functions such as Community Yard Sales twice a year, contests, promotions, and other activities for our residents of all ages.
