I chose to go into medicine due to my upbringing in Africa and seeing the lack of access to healthcare. I wanted to offer help to people that need it. I feel like pulmonology and sleep medicine chose me during my training because I enjoyed all aspects of the job. I am passionate about bringing positive change to my patient?s lives in any way I can. I want my patients to know that when they come to see me in clinic, that they can trust me and I will do whatever I can to help them get back to living a healthy life.
