We are GoTech Home Inspections. Our inspector is a Journeyman Carpenter and a Certified Building Thermographer with a background in renovations, and a member of the Alberta Professional Home Inspectors Society (APHIS) (Formerly known as – the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI)). APHIS Alberta requires the most comprehensive training and testing programs in Canada for certification. In the home inspection industry, we believe the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics are very important. Our inspections exceed the standards. GoTech Home Inspections carries full insurance, including Errors and Omissions.

Our state-of-the-art report format includes a digital photograph of most issues found to help explain them to you, accompanied by descriptive text discussing the condition of the components of the home at the time of the inspection. The report can be printed and mailed, emailed or faxed to you, your agent, a family member, and/or your lawyer.
