Dr. Al-Turk has completed formal training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. In addition, he is board certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine. He has a special interest in the treatment of heart failure and coronary artery disease with an emphasis on prevention and lifestyle medicine. He enjoys employing a holistic, patient centered and collaborative approach. Utilizing the latest evidence-based treatments, Dr. Al-Turk seeks to empower patients and their families to optimize their health. In his free time Dr. Al-Turk enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. His hobbies include cooking, exercising, and learning about different cultures through their unique cuisines.
