Anurag Sharma, MD

Dr. Sharma is a member of the American Society ofClinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. His work has beenpublished in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, and he has presented at nationaland international oncology meetings, including the San Antonio Breast CancerSymposium. After graduating from Government Medical College in Amritsar, India,Dr. Sharma completed his residency in internal medicine at New York MedicalCollege. He served his hematology and oncology fellowship at the University of ConnecticutSchool of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medicaloncology. Active in the community, Dr. Sharma regularly participates in community-baseddiscussions organized by NewYork-Presbyterian, and promotes breast cancerawareness and cancer education locally.
