Tayonia Simmons, RN, CHD. Is the owner of 1-800-Call A Nurse Private Duty Nursing & Consultant services. She earned her Associate’s degree in Nursing, from Galveston College and is currently seeking her Bachelor of Science in Nursing; with a goal of completing her Master’s.
She has 7 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and 14, years as a Registered Nurse. Her clinical competency spans over the past 21 years, in Dialysis, Home Health, Private Duty Pediatrics, Long Term Health, Med-surg and Ambulatory outpatient nephrology.
Her goal is to help individuals, families, and communities to reach an optimum state of well-being by restoring, maintaining, and promoting their health.
Tayonia is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience, as well as working with individuals and their families to improve quality, safety, and provide services at home or in a loving environment.
