Sporting Medicine is an elite sports medicine facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Orthopedic specialist William Graham, MD, started the practice to blend his strong interest in sports medicine and orthopedic care for professional athletes and weekend warriors alike. As a young athlete, Dr. Graham experienced a series of sports injuries that kept him from participating in the sport that was central to his life. Helping others avoid the same fate became a passion and, eventually, a vocation for Dr. Graham. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, before attending medical school.

Dr. Graham completed his medical doctorate at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, and his residency at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He later accepted an arthroscopic and orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Santa Monica, California.

Dr. Graham’s dedication to his patients shines through during every visit. He treats every patient with one-on-one care using the most advanced diagnostic equipment, such as his in-house motion capture lab and neuromuscular retraining program.
