Alexander Szeles II, DO, is a board-certified opthamologist and medical director of Harrisburg Eye Associates in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Dr. Szeles II provides comprehensive eye care to help you achieve clear vision and restore comfortability in your daily life. 

Dr. Szeles II was raised in Harrisburg, growing up close to the Harrisburg Eye Associates office on the East Shore. He attended Loyola University Maryland, where he majored in biology and psychology. After graduating, he pursued medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an ophthalmology residency program at Beaumont Health. 

Dr. Szeles II is a board-certified physician through the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He holds special interest in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and cataract surgery. ​
