B*E*S*T Doula Service

Get an extremely experienced doula plus an assistant doula with B*E*S*T. Two doulas for the price of one! We support and empower women to have whatever type of birth they want by providing the information they need to help them make sound decisions every step of the way. During labor we provide continuous, uninterrupted support that includes massage, hypnosis and suggestions for position changes to encourage the baby to move through the birth canal. During Covid, most hospitals are only allowing one in-person doula, so the newer doula can provide hands-on support while tracy can provide virtual support with the knowledge gained from decades of attending births in person to help guide you through the labor and birth. Your body knew how to grow a baby - it also knows how to birth that baby!

Most of the doulas in B*E*S*T have worked together for many years. Together we have provided support for over 2,000 women and their partners and babies.
