Lifestyle Physical Therapy opened in 2017 and is a family owned and operated Physical Therapy Clinic that offers the best possible healthcare in New York and Long Island. Our clinics offer patients true one-on-one Physical Therapy for the entire 45-60 minute treatment session and eliminates the all too familiar "mill style" clinic format resulting in neglected patients and overworked Physical Therapists. Our therapists are trained on the most up to date treatment strategies to customize and tailor each treatment session specifically to address the needs of the client using a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and/or modalities.
