Michael DeGaeta

Michael DeGaeta, PA is a member of Summit Health's Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Mr. DeGaeta specializes in sports medicine and treating patients undergoing total joint replacements. He is skilled in joint injection procedures and wound closures, as well as providing post-surgery rehabilitation services.

Mr. DeGaeta takes pride in building trusting relationships with his patients, treating each as if they are a family member and ensuring all needs are fulfilled. Being able to combine his passion for orthopedics with helping others is the highlight of his work. “Seeing a patient’s mood and quality of life change for the better with my help is what I enjoy the most,” he says.

In his free time, Mr. DeGaeta enjoys watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
