I got into this business while I was out to lunch, and I overheard a conversation between a business owner and the representative for their current processor. It was the seventh processor he had worked with in 18 months. He was frustrated because he discovered he was locked in to a lease on his credit card machine. He was paying more monthly than the machine was even worth. I realized there is a need for someone to work on behalf of the business owner.
