I am a midwife, pregnancy massage therapist, childbirth educator and proud mum of three.

I have a long experience supporting many mothers through their pregnancy, labour and birth, and postnatal journey.

Massage during pregnancy will bring welcome relief to any aches and pains as well as giving you the opportunity to relax and feel nurtured.

My Birth and Parenting classes give you essential, evidenced-based information so you feel fully prepared and confident with all aspects of your birth and caring for your baby.

And, when your baby has arrived and you enter the fourth trimester – my postnatal services as a midwife, massage therapist and mother are there to support you.
