We are seeking to create a world class, global entertainment destination on the Swanscombe Peninsula that will include

• An entertainment street;
• A water park;
• A theme park;
• Events space;
• Sporting facilities;
• Creative space;
• Staff training academy;
• Approximately 5,000 hotel rooms;
• Service buildings;
• Enhancements to existing transport infrastructure; and
• A monorail linking Ebbsfleet International Station with the Resort
