I decided to go into medicine 10 years ago to help people as it seemed to be a calling for me to change careers. When I was a surgery nurse, I realized I loved colonoscopies and endoscopy procedures which lead me to specializing in gastroenterology. I am passionate about preventative medicine. As a provider, the most gratifying part is when a patient gets treatment and they are feeling better and back to their normal lives. I want patients to know that we will find a solution together and I am not afraid to think outside the box and figure out what they need for their solution.
