I have an extensive background in residential mortgage lending. I started in the sub-prime business in 2005 and have worked in several areas of residential mortgage lending. My mortgage experience started with processing loans which entailed gathering and pre-screening buyers information and ensuring clean accurate submissions to underwriting lenders. Since then I have moved into a loan officer role, so I am very well versed in what your needs will be for approval for the loan program that best suits you.
