The field of medicine had always interested me, even in my elementary years. Being able to ease someone’s suffering was a fascinating feeling.
I aspire to be a physician with not only the knowledge to diagnose and treat a disease, but also the flair to make a patient feel comfortable during this process. My approach to patient care includes involving patients in their health care decisions, informing them about current evidence-based guidelines, giving them personal attention and being their health coach. Outside of work, I like cooking and enjoy spending time with my husband and kids. We love hiking and biking together as a family and exploring new places.
