Hometown Health Clinic is committed to providing quality care with the same compassion as we would expect for our own families.

Services offered include primary care, pediatrics, sleep disorder evaluations, mental health, women’s health, immunizations, telemedicine visits, and substance use disorders. We are partnered with Baptist Memorial Hospital to provide diagnostic imaging services such as MRI, CT, ultrasound services, echocardiograms, and x-rays. Baptist also operates a sleep lab in our facility that conveniently serves communities in NW TN.
