WHAT IS SOFTWASHING?
Softwashing is similar to pressure washing except it uses a lower pressure that does not damage your housing and roofing materials. Softwashing uses a much lower PSI. It is safer for window seals, paint, vinyl, hardy board, stucco, and brick homes. Softwashing uses a chemical to clean the home, or structure rather than water.
