Solo Trattoria masterfully prepares delicious and healthy Italian specialties, such as homemade pastas, risottos, and carpaccio’s together with a wide selection of fresh grilled seafood, succulent New York sirloin steaks and savory veal chops. There are also a number of gluten-free items on the menu.

Born in Rome, Giorgio Ceciarelli, brought his love and knowledge of great Italian food to cities like Miami and then later, to the heart of Downtown Freehold over eighteen years ago. He introduced new dishes to the area diners such as Beef Carpaccio and home-made pastas.

What makes Solo Trattoria stand out is that everything down to the hand made pasta is fresh and homemade. The menu is seasonal. The food is delivered daily, and therefore, Solo Trattoria is known for their extremely fresh fish and prime cuts of steak.
