i went here for life coaching and really got a lot of help. My counselor helped me to get through some self-esteem issues and anxiety about changing my career. I've always been nervous about making major changes in my life and so it was helpful to me to have a life coach to push me into a new direction. I got a lot out of it.

I needed some relationship counseling a few years ago and decided to give 2SC a try. I worked with a cognitive behavior therapist around some problems I was having with work relationships and career issues. I found this to be super helpful in helping me think more clearly. People have all sorts of hang ups when it comes to mental health and I've never understood this. All of us need an objective person to talk to sometimes because there are points in life when making healthy decisions can be difficult. This was true for me at that time because of stress I was under. If you go here be sure to try and get a daytime appointment because trying to find parking at night is really difficult. The area is highly populated so you might want to take the train or a bus. They have parking in the building but it costs $10.00 an hour. Something to think about.
