Jordan Healthcare Center is a primary care practice in Southwick, Massachusetts, led by Jennifer Jordan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C. As an experienced nurse practitioner, Dr. Jordan practices advanced nursing, focusing on the patient, not their symptoms.
