At Southern Oak Property Management our passion is managing investment properties for owners, and finding great homes for families. But we believe we’re managing more than just properties. We manage investment homes like they are ours. This is important because it ensures the investor sees a return, and that our community has great homes for families.

Because community is important to us, we have pledged 10% of every dollar our company makes to be donated to local charities and the local church.
