Initially, I wanted to be a teacher. And then a friend of mine, who was in nursing, she said she thought I would be good at nursing, so I jumped in with both feet and never looked back. I can't imagine doing anything else. I?ve worked in the emergency room, as a flight nurse and in primary care. I like putting all the pieces together, like a puzzle, and make it a picture so we can figure out what we need to do and where we need to go. I've been told I'm very thorough, I'm very detail oriented. I'm going to get the whole picture and help patients make the most informed decision they can. I want people to know that I'm real, I'm honest. And that ups and downs, I've had them in my life, too. I'm here for them and I understand.
