I founded Boundless Breath to help more people understand the incredible power of breathwork, and most importantly, it’s profound ability to heal the body. As a student of applied neuroanatomy and someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression as well as formidable physical injuries that required years of rehabilitation, I understand the healing power of breathwork firsthand. My mission is to demystify the power of breathwork and ensure people everywhere can use it to help themselves live a healthier and more vibrant life.
