Tina Reynolds | SouthState Mortgage

Tina Reynolds has been in the mortgage industry for over three decades. She specializes in construction financing, along with first home, secondary home and investment property purchases. Tina focuses on the customer's journey throughout the entire process, from initial contact to loan closing.


Tina received Top Producer Annual Award Winner 2004\-2009 and Circle of Excellence award 2017 and 2018. She is an active member of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina. When not working with her customers, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
