Laurie is a native Charlestonian with a keen knowledge of the Lowcountry mortgage market and more than 20 years in the financial industry at SouthState. She is consistently named amongst the top 1% of mortgage bankers at SouthState earning the confidence and loyalty of countless Lowcountry residents by providing exceptional service. She is a graduate of College of Charleston and South Carolina Bankers School. Laurie specializes in jumbo lending, conventional loans, physician loans, lot loans, and construction loans, and understands that communication is key to delivering exceptional service during the home loan process.


Laurie has lending capabilities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia (more states eligible on a case\-by\-case basis.)
