Katy Sozzi | SouthState Mortgage

Katy is a graduate from UNC Chapel Hill and began working in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago. She is consistently recognized as one of SouthState Banks top producers and specializes in construction financing, physician loans, lot loans, jumbo lending and conventional loans. Katy has experience in both origination and processing, providing her a wealth of knowledge to guide customers throughout the lending process. Katy serves on committees and as a volunteer at Myers Park Presbyterian Church and Charlotte Country Day School.


When she's not helping customers with their mortgage needs, Katy and her husband enjoy spending time with their two daughters.
