His experience has allowed him to work with a vast number of borrows, each with different mortgage needs. He is knowledgeable of all of the products offered by SouthState but specializes in construction to permanent financing and enjoys helping borrowers through the journey of building the home of their dreams.
Todd is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina. When not assisting borrowers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
