DC Harpist

Cheryl is a classically trained harpist with over 35 years of experience performing on stage, as well as adding an exquisite touch to weddings and special events. She is the founder, director, and member of the Washington D.C. Harp Ensemble, consisting of 6 to 12 performers. She also served for 6 years as the President of the American Harp Society's Washington DC chapter.
As an orchestral and solo harpist, Cheryl has performed with numerous orchestras and musical groups in the US and abroad. Credits include the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, Internationales Theater Frankfurt, Germany, Jaarbeurs Convention Center, Utrecht Netherlands, St. George's Cathedral Cape Town, South Africa, and St. John's Cathedral Canberra, Australia, among others. Cheryl has made TV appearances for the Hope Channel, 3ABN, and NBC and currently maintains an active freelance career in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
