People can encounter health problems at any age, but seniors have unique needs and issues that affect them. They can face declining physical abilities, plus mental health concerns as losing loved ones and increased isolation can lead to depression and anxiety. At the Senior Enrichment Center, we know that sometimes a helping hand is all a senior needs to get their life back on track. Our multi-disciplinary team includes a doctor, nurse, therapist and other specialized healthcare professionals who can provide guidance and support while helping navigate senior health and lifestyle concerns. We also coordinate each patient’s care with the individual’s primary care physician.
