All products sold by My Teknology Computer Inc. are covered by the Manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. Defective items may be returned for replacement within 14 days from receipt subject to the manufacturers/distributors and/or My Teknology Computer Inc. restrictions. In most cases, you must obtain a case number by contacting the manufacturers support department BEFORE we can authorize the return of the item(s). The case number serves as proof that the item has been confirmed as defective by the manufacturer. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by My Teknology Computer Inc.To request an RMA, make sure that you have the manufacturers case number and contact our Customer Service department. Note that some manufacturers have a zero-return policy and their goods cannot be returned through the retail channel regardless of the circumstances in which case any defects are covered directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.
