As a women’s health nurse practitioner (WHNP), I am passionate about quality care. The foundation of great care is listening to the patient. If I do this effectively, I find that patients tell me what I need to know and this guides us to the correct plan for the best patient care and outcomes. Some of my specialty skills include management of contraception, intrauterine devices (IUDs) , abnormal bleeding and periods, evaluation of abnormal pap smears, menopause, depression/anxiety/premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). In my spare time I love quilting, gardening, the mountains and being a foster for puppies needing homes.
