Sarah A. Horowitz, MD

Sarah Horowitz is a board certified family medicine physician in family medicine with obstetrics. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY and earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health-Madison. She completed her residency at the University of Chicago-North Shore.

Horowitz's practice is focused on obstetrical care, women's health and performing minor procedures.

Horowitz is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

In her free time, Dr. Horowitz enjoys theatre, volunteering with animal shelters, literature, and spending time outdoors.
