Tracy L. Haack, PA-C

Tracy Haack is a board-certified physician assistant practicing in orthopedic surgery. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI and earned her master’s in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University, College of Health Sciences, in Downers Grove, IL.

Tracy’s medical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine.

Tracy is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of both the American and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants.

Tracy is married and has two children; they also have a boxer named Foxy. She enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, reading books, biking, and Pilates. Having run cross country and track in high school, she now enjoys participating in local 5k and 10k races. As a family, they enjoy traveling anywhere warm and with a beach.
