Sarah E. Meyer, APNP

Sarah Meyer is a board-certified advanced practice nurse prescriber. She obtained her BSN earned her DNP-Family Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, WI.

Sarah’s medical interests include primary care, patient education, and addiction and substance use disorders.

Sarah is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Wisconsin League for Nurses. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her children, attending their sporting and academic events, walks with her husband, yoga, and volunteering at church.
