Rebecca A. Thousand, MD

Rebecca Thousand is a board certified obstetrics and gynecology physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics-Madison.

Thousand's practice is focused on laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, general and high risk obstetrical care including teen pregnancy and twin births, endometrial ablation, abnormal pap smears and abnormal uterine bleeding, hysteroscopy, ovarian cysts, colposcopy, and women's reproductive health..

Dr. Thousand is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care.

In her free time, Dr. Thousand enjoys reading, traveling, yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family.
