Guirish A. Agni, MD

Agni Guirish is a board certified internal medicine physician. He obtained his undergraduate degree and earned his medical degree from the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He completed his internship at LNJPN Hospital in New Delhi and his residency at the Multiple Hospital Training System in the United Kingdom and his fellowship at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL.

Agni sees patients at SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Stoughton, WI as well as at Stoughton Hospital.

Dr. Guirish's practice is focused on preventative health care with special interests in complex chronic disease management and geriatric evaluation and management. He also performs cardiac stress tests.

Dr. Guirish is chief of staff and a trustee on the board of directors at Stoughton Hospital. He also serves as a clinical advisor at Stoughton Home Health and Nutrition Department and is a medical director at Dean Health Plan.

In his free time, Dr. Guirish is involved in religious studies and enjoys music, photography, and cooking. He also enjoys mentoring UW medical students through the Clinical Tutor Preceptorship Primary Health Care Internal Medicine Program.
