A strong relationship between the patient and the physician is
essential to understanding what the patient needs. This relationship
begins trust, which is earned with focused and active listening
while speaking with the patient. I strive to create an environment
where the patient is comfortable discussing anything. I make
sure my patients understand everything about their upcoming
procedure and explain it in a way that is easy to understand.
