Having a combined 15+ years fitness industry experience in a commercial gym, it has been a dream of theirs to open a premium functional studio for the Redlands. Fit HQ offers functional fitness classes for someone new to fitness or anyone in need of that extra push. Fit HQ also offers the space for one on one PT sessions.
