David Rosen

David Rosen is Managing Director of Brooks Insurance Agency. David provides leadership, expertise, and service to the wholesale insurance clientele and oversees all underwriting and claims handling for the company.

David began his career in insurance as an agent for Prudential Insurance in 1982. David quickly progressed into more senior roles as sales manager at both Prudential Insurance and Mutual of New York. During this time David developed not only the ability to access new channels of business and expand capacity but also the ability to source and train industry talent, a skill that has become integral to Brooks’ current business model. Under David’s leadership, Brooks has grown from zero to $100M in premium.
