Hi! I am Amanda. I take a non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I had multiple years of experience working in community mental health before transitioning into private practice.

I provide individual therapy sessions to adults with mood disorders, including symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also assist clients in navigating difficult life transitions or everyday stress. All of my services are provided virtually through Simple Practice, a confidential, secure, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth service, which also has a secure client portal.
