Noelle K. Dowling, MD

Noelle Dowling is a board certified family medicine physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI and earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her residency at United Family Medicine in St. Paul, MN. Dowling's practice is focused on infant and child care, women's health, and geriatrics. Dr. Dowling is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. In her free time, Dr. Dowling enjoys traveling and getting outdoors with her two children, eating good food, and drinking good coffee.
