REO Cleaner is a Veteran Owned company located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a team of three and a list of referrals for local general contractors for jobs not listed in our realm of expertise. We will assess and inspect the damages before and after junk removal of said property we are contracted to complete with your company. We will ensure the home is empty of material properties left behind by previous ownership and discard them properly.
