The Amavi Integrative Mental Wellness team offers individualized, patient-centered mental health care to patients across the Front Range.  Our warm and welcoming clinic is centrally located in Niwot, Colorado, and welcomes patients from Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Erie, Broomfield and the surrounding area. 

Our practice provides medication management and psychotherapy to address a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnias, ADHD, major depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders.  We also treat the cognitive and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. 

Our providers take a holistic approach to mental health care. Your individualized treatment plan may include traditional psychiatric medications, complementary or alternative treatments and novel approaches such as compounded ketamine. Pharmacogenomic testing is available when needed to help guide medication type and dosing based on your individual genetic makeup. 

Amavi Integrative Mental Wellness features a board-certified neuropsychologist who performs neuropsychological testing to assist with the diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with conditions such as dementia, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. 

We offer longer appointments that are 30-90 minutes in length to give you the most comprehensive care possible. The practice accepts Medicare and most private insurance.
