Jackson is a Dallas, Texas native and graduated from Highland Park High School and Baylor University. His career started in direct sales with Cutco as he worked to pay his way through school. He achieved a top five national sales ranking twice and was listed among the top 250 salespeople in company history. Through Cutco, Jackson found a passion for creating unforgettable purchasing experiences utilizing the tenets of Blanchard & Bowles’ book, Raving Fans.

He lives in the historic Lakewood neighborhood in Dallas with his beautiful wife, Haley, and their daughters, Ella and Gia. Jackson has served in the community as a Board Member on the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association & the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, a Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University coach, and Treasurer of Normandy Church.
