David is a Vice President in the Mortgage Lending division of Guaranteed Rate Affinity servicing Cape Cod, the Islands and South Shore of MA. He works closely with a network of real estate and financial professionals to assist homeowners in all aspects of the home-buying process, from application to closing. Specializing in JUMBO loans for primary and second homes, Self-employed and First-time borrowers, David works to understand the customer’s specific situation and provide a customized solution to their lending needs.

David has more than 30 years of financial planning experience to work with his clients and their financial team to design the best program to fit their lending needs. He holds a B.S. from Rider University and is currently a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and MORPAC. He, his wife Lisa and two children live in New Seabury, Cape Cod MA.
