Fitness Kickboxing is always Instructor lead and is a combination of about 3-4 minutes of stretching, 5-6 minutes of bodyweight exercises (for example mountain climbers, pushups, and sit-ups, etc.), and 35 minutes of kickboxing, and then finishing up with resistance bands for a total of 50 minutes of training. Great workout and fun. Over 30 classes a week. No contract and unlimited use.
